Got a cheap ark for sale up here. Used during flood of 97 in the Grand Forks area of North Dakota. Hasnt been clean though.We loaded two of everykind of animal after our 40 day rain and never got a chance to get the inside clean so it kinda smells like some of SteveInVa's weather reports. LOL I know what your going thru. My basement flooded 3 times that year, after I had resheetrocked each time. We finally put in an out door sump system and a drain field and have been dry since, knock on wood. Hope you come thru it ok and get to see Martina. She would definetly be "Just what the Doc ordered" after going through that.
