Jess, I know someone who had bone cancer in her leg and she is doing fine so far. I know her Grandma and went to the benefit the church had for her grandaughter. Since she was under 18 I told them about Make-A-Wish and Cancer Camp. And she got a wish and goes to camp every summer. I like to help spread the word of what is available for children who are diagnosed with cancer or have another serious illness. My daughter has been in remission now for over 6 years. We didn't do a wish but camp was great since there is no support group for children here. One of the hardest things I had to do was to tell my daughter that she had cancer, twice. Some days are good and some days are tough. Treatments for cancer have better prognosis's now, even from several years ago. I will be praying for your brother and your family.
