For members who have joined prior to 2009:Your information is on your mailing label of your newsletters, and is as follows:

USERNAME: Your Fan Club Member Number (On the upper left of the labels)

PASSWORD: Your complete address line, in all capital letters, not including spaces or special characters.

EXAMPLE:

For the fan with this mailing label, the log in information would be:

USERNAME: 93231
PASSWORD: 3214MAINST

(Remember, the password is ALL CAPS and will NOT contain anything but letters and numbers, none of these will be included: # , - ' & / )
