Carrie's singing Indy Day on american idol. i think she's doing a good job. no martina, but good.

Randy said she was the best vocal of the night. Paula liked it - she said she likes when she sings country. Simon said lots of people sing karaoke songs, but Carrie has something different, the it factor. --------------------

She certainly doesn't have Martina's polish (yet) but her raw talent is undenyable. Good Job!

Haha, I never make it here first! But once they said it was 90's night, I sat there thinking that Carrie would sing Independence Day...and then when Ryan said that "she chose a song by her idol, Martina McBride"...then I knew that's what she was singing. I think she did awesome. I love her. She got very good feedback from the judges so that's always good. Another thing, she looked a lot like Kelly Clarkson tonight. Not sure why but I think it was in the hair - the way Carrie had it tonight was how Kelly had it in the season finale of her season...so Carrie looked exactly like a blonde Kelly, even thought I believe Kelly dyed her hair blonde now.

I think it was really good too. I really like her. When they said it was 90s, I figured Carrie would sing a Martina song. I thought maybe Broken Wing though. But this was really good.

Haha I was glad to finally make it here first. Since the beginning, I though Carrie reminded me of Kelly in appearance. However, tonight I didn't even pay attention to what she looked like. I was too busy seeing how she sang, lol. --------------------
