Martina's Alternate Career?, Yes, I'm a baseball junkie...

Ok, so there I just was looking at the status of the baseball games going on today... Yeah, I know, it's spring training, and early spring training to boot... Here's the graphic that came up, and for a second I had to wonder if Martina was moonlighting for the Atlanta Braves... Is their pitching THAT bad this year??!

I think having Martina on the mound could be a good thing ... her lovely eyes could mesmerize the opponents batters. Of course there is a chance that they could also mesmorize the catcher and home plate umpire as well ... maybe that's not a good thing after all - SOMEONE COULD GET HURT!! LOL!!

My thoughts exactly! I've been a Braves fanatic for... oh... this'll be my 16th year (so basically since I was BORN!), but you really don't know what they're gonna do or have comin' your way!

And that is really funny. If I saw it, I would've thought the same thing.

I haven't really cared for baseball since all those millionaires went on strike in 1994. But, I was off work yesterday and the Dodgers were playing the Braves on TV. I figured I would watch it. I know it's just spring training, but it was typical Dodgers all the way. A four run lead in the ninth inning. Braves bring 5 batters to the plate and they all score. I've been watching some of the WBC on tape delay and was very suprised when Japan lost to Korea. These games are fun to watch! I also lost interest after the strike.I came back by playing fantasy sports. Yahoo and many others offer free games to people. It's a great way to keep up on new players and keep up with teams on the other side of the country that most would pay no attention to. -------------------- I grew up on country. As a teenager, I listened to rock and pop, and I sang other music, but by the time I was about 20, I realized that it didn't touch me. It felt shallow for me to sing it.
