Went to the show tonightl. Martina was beautiful and she sang wonderfully.
It was mostly a MM crowd!
2 songs from Timeless and 2 hits.

The cool thing was her family was in the wings of the stage. John holding the little one. When MM came back out her daughter began to follow and JM had to run and stop her.

MM again looked great. A very cool outfit.

Martina looked and sounded great (what else is new??)! But I gotta disagree with most here-I wasn't diggin' that outfit at all. M says she'll take constructive criticism, so I don't feel bad saying so. Besides, everyone knows I like 98% of what Martina wears! (And I don't think what I think of an outfit will affect M one way or another! tongue.gif)

Without being funny, I think that is like the 6th or 7th time M's doing TOFTG's on the Opry! No matter, she could go out and sing Mary Had a Little Lamb each time and it would still be worth hearing! That was the twangiest I've ever heard her singing that, that's for sure! (Speaking of twangy, Julie Roberts was a lot more twangy than I've heard on her first song. Now I was diggin' her shoes! tongue.gif)

And did you notice how everyone kept talking about Martina on stage? Heck, we've all been doin' that for years! smile.gif
