Joc, Nashville, TN

I hope Martina announces soon when she is going to have it (in Nashville) because my family and I are hopefully going to go there for my 18th birthday!!!! That would be the COOLEST B-DAY EVER!!!

I really think it will be the 10th, yeah since they are at home it could be during the week but I really doubt it. I can almost be sure it won't be the 18th, there is no way there driving from MA back to Nashville then to ME the next day.

What about the kid's at school? or will it not matter because it's so close?

Depends what week it is kids may already be out of school. Our kids get out the 18th so maybe they get out somewhere around that also. I really wouldn't think it would matter much since they live so close and usually kids don't too much the last few days of school before a holiday.

Well the GEC has the week of Dec 4th-7th open so my guess would be Thurs Dec 7th, so they would still be 3 shows that weekend, it just would be Thurs-Sat shows. The next week there are 2 Predators games during the week, so I don't see it being that week.

It won't matter if the girls are still in school for the Nashville show unless they plan on helping to set the stage up!!

I noticed that too...I don't think they'll have time to take-down everything for the Dixie Chicks to come in and set up. From what I understand, the JOC show has a pretty elaborate stage. I think I read somewhere that they have about 4 tractor trailer loads full of stage equipment! Is this accurate? I've never been to a JOC show so I'm really excited about going to this one!!!!!!

yes it is elaborate but they have been doing back to back nights for 3 years- they are quick at loading in or out at a venue and making a 500 mile drive between shows

nothing is on GEC's site yet so everything we say is speculation

the 12/10, 11/30 or 12/7 look the most likely to me
but that is just my speculation in looking at the other dates , cities and milage

I guess we just all have to wait and see what they decide

this thread was posted on Fri. but no one reponded to it, since CMT is sponsoring it the Nov 30th date should be good.
