The nominees for the 40th Country Music Association Awards will be announced on Good Morning America on ABC on Wednesday, August 30.
In other cool news, sales of "Timeless" are up over the previous week. The album jumped up over 10 places on the Country Album chart and this doesn't even include the JC Penney Jam because the sales were recorded before it aired. "Timeless" has now been out almost 45 weeks. |

Yes Good luck to Martina. I expect to see a female vocalist nom, album of the year nom, and I REALLY hope they give her an Entertainer of the year nom because she truely deserves it. My favorite person to see live EVER and I don't see anyone topping her anytime soon. By stating that I've been to see many artist in concert but to me no one comes close to her live performances. I mean she is the only person at CMA Fest that recieved a standing ovation and the festival wasn't short of stars or anything.
