Hey, I got an e-mail from CMT Canada saying this for upcoming things this month on CMT Central:

Well, after a summer filled with the sights and sounds of festivals, baseball games and sometimes odd encounters with Big & Rich. Central is back with a September to remember. You can look for us giving a whole bunch of attention to this year’s CCMAs.

We will do two shows from Saint John, New Brunswick. Also look for weekly appearances from our new weather correspondent, George Canyon, some brand new rants from our failed film maker and Paul’s fantastic new interviews with Martina McBride and Carrie Underwood.

Wonder when this was filmed? blink.gifProbably when she was up for Canadian Idol. Anyway can't wait to see it-.

I would rather see Bev interview Martina and Carrie but still this is awesome.

OK!

It's this Thursday, September 14th
At 7PM (Eastern)

We catch up with your CCMA winners! And we shine our spotlight on Martina McBride!

I'm guessing the new interview will be in there.

Central has a couple reruns, I think 10pm Eastern and 12 noon on Friday and possibly 7pm on Saturday.

Also, Thursday's Central is at 6pm Eastern not 7pm Eastern.

Did anything ever get aired on this? I set my DVD recorder up and all I got was a Shania Twain half hour show.

I taped it at 7PM. I'm not a viewer of that station to be honest with you.

I did mentioned that it would be on at 6pm a day before it was shown and it is also on their Weekly Grid schedule. There is still a rerun at 7pm Eastern tonight, however it might be a best of for the week or just a rerun of Tuesday's show which was the CCMA show or rerun of Thursday's show.

Martina was on for about 8 minutes at the very end of the hour. She talked about how she chooses songs. She looked cute as usual. In between her talking they showed her singing parts of Til I Can MAke It On My Own from an earlier recorded program at the Opry I believe and then at the end they played Indy Day video.

It was a very brief interview.
