New material with both country and country-pop/rock sound. Anything she does will be excellent. Selfishly, I want a gospel album

God, me too. That would be amazing. But since I doubt we're going to get that, I want something more traditional/classic sounding since it really shows her simple voice, which I love the most.

I will be happy with anything as well, maybe something like Martina or Timeless, but no matter what I will still buy the CD. Does anyone know when it is coming out? I heard something about Feb, or March or something...

while i'm still waiting, and expect somewhat of a LONG wait .) , to hear something Martina sings that I don't really like in one way or another, I sometimes wonder if she read the "sequencing" I suggested when she released "Martina", because the new material would benefit from exposing more of a unified cross the board 'story' like the one that was hidden on that album. "Timeless" had the link of being her favorites, "Evolution" had strength in every song, "Emotion" was a musical stretch that started to reach out into storytelling, recognized or not, and "Martina" was a great story, true or not, when 'sequenced' (I think my suggestion was "5,1,11,2,6,10,4,8,3,7,9,12,+"), although I like the material stand alone too ...(I mean, my sequence has John really swimming up river [lol]) . I hope she'll pick something that is a whole piece like that again ....
