Just wondering...What is your favorite Martina song? Mine would have to be "Where Would You Be"!! --------------------
--Carman
"What I would like my legacy to be is that of a person who took good care of her family and sang some songs that made a difference in some way. I hope I'll be remembered as somebody who was always down to earth and who handled her career and other people with honesty, integrity and class.” -Martina McBride "Her music is her passion," says longtime pal Faith Hill. "But her family is her life and her greatest love." -Faith Hill on Martina McBride |

Too many to pick just one, but I do find myself always coming back to So Magical off the Martina album. If there is a better upbeat feel-good song, I don't know what it is. Cordially, Tom --------------------
Democracy promotion as a goal of national policy is fine and admirable.
But it's a fiction. The terrorists don't want to kill us because they have been deprived of freedom. They want to kill us because they believe their religion tells them that is what they are required to do. Freedom is not a cure for what ails them.— Andrew McCarthy "New believers gettin' baptized, Momma's hands raised up high, Havin' a Hallelujah good time. A smile on everybody's face. That's what I love about Sunday." |

Timeless is the BEST of all the shows I've ever seen Martina do! Paying tribute to those artists literally brought tears to my eyes!! Thank-you Martina for keeping the roots of country music alive!! It just cannot get any better!

I have so many, but I think mine is Independence Day. That's when I became a Martina fan. After seeing that video and hearing that song....been a fan of hers since 1993 and proud of it. I know all of the words to it, too. --------------------
I've been searchin', wonderin', thinkin'
Lost and lookin' all my life I've been wounded, jaded, loved and hated I've wrestled wrong and right I've been readin', writin', prayin', fightin' I guess I would be still Yeah, that was until I knew God's Will |

It's better to be hated for who you are
Than loved for someone you're not. God never promised that you would not experience hardtimes and trials. He did promise that He would be there with you when they do happen. Have Faith! |

Those are also among my top songs. As well as "Phone's are Ringing" and "A Great Disguise"
Same with me, for the most part. --------------------

Where Would You Be will always be # 1 in my heart. However, there are so many others that I really like, too.

I would have to say: Safe in the Arms of Love because that is the song that I heard when I became a fan of hers.
