If you noticed on the program Rick posted, Rick Schiff and Daryl were scheduled to end the show. After Rick performed the emcee announced that one girl in the audience had not had a chance to perform that evening. He tried to make it sound as if someone had overlooked her during the previous part of the show. He said she deserved her chance to perform also. Then, out came Martina!!! And yes, the reaction was just as you can imagine.
