Craig Morgan leaves Broken Bow Records
Tuesday, February 19, 2008 – Craig Morgan is leaving Broken Bow Records, the label where he had major success.
"It's been a good six years with BBR, but now it's time to move forward," said Morgan in a statement released Feb. 19 on his web site. Morgan is best known for the hits "That's What I Love About Sunday" (country radio's most-played song of 2005), "Redneck Yacht Club," "Almost Home," "Tough" and his current Top 10 hit "International Harvester."

In early November, it was rumored that Morgan may be leaving Broken Bow and heading over to the new label Valory Music, started by Big Machine's Scott Borchetta.

"This is a pivotal time for the music industry, and I'm really looking forward to exciting and innovative new opportunities to bring my music to the fans," said Morgan. "I have also cherished my time working with such a great promotion team...they have always gone the extra mile for me, and I'm proud to have them as some of my dearest friends."

Morgan released three CDs on Broken Bow: 2002's "I Love It," 2005's "My Kind of Livin'" and "Little Bit of Life" in 2006.
