Today Reba.com posted the official press release stating the terrific news that Reba will once again be hosting this year's ACM Awards...her tenth time doing it!

I love Reba and I love her as host for this show...there is no one better and it just wouldn't be the same without her, so I'm very excited for this news!

I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but I can't find it. Is there a "street date" or set list or any other info for the live CD/DVD? I can't wait to get it! Thanks!

Reba.com announced last night that "Every Other Weekend" is officially Reba's new single. However, apparently because Kenny's label still won't allow MCA to release the duet, Skip Ewing will sing on the track instead. Skip is one of the co-writers of the song (along with Connie Harrington) and he sang on the demo.

I'm excited to finally get some single news from Reba! I'm bummed they couldn't release the CD version with Kenny, but regardless this is still a fantastic, powerful song and I'm sure it will do very well!

On the Syracuse Oncenter's website, they say that you will be able to buy Martina tickets via Ticketmaster, but I can't find a listing for the Syracuse concert on Ticketmaster's website. It had better be up soon because tickets are supposed to go on sale on Saturday morning...any ideas as to why this might not be on there yet?

AllAboutCountry has changed their Reba listing on the New Releases page from "Reba and Faith--Sleeping with the Telephone" to "Reba McEntire--The Only Promise That Remains." They also include what must be a radio edit of the song. Honestly, they did a good job with the cuts. They cut part of the instrumental part at the beginning, they cut the entire instrumental solo section in the middle, and they cut part of the instrumental part at the end. They also cut the vocal part where Reba and Justin repeat "My love's the only promise that remains" three times and just play the third time. So, overall, I think the flow of the radio edit works, and I think it will sound nice on radio. Obviously, I prefer the CD version because it's much more complete, and I personally enjoy the instrumental section, but I think this works too. It sucks that they had to cut anything, but 5:05 is too long for radio, so considering it was inevitable, I think they cut the right things and put the pieces together well.

I love this song, so I'm certainly not disappointed. I'm just glad we're finally on the threshold of another single from Duets. Still no official announcement, but since this is not the only place I've seen this announced, I'm guessing this is getting pretty official. Here's that what should be another successful single for Reba! (IMG:http://martina-mcbride.com/martinaville/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
