She did 20 songs, 21 if you count "Love's The Only House" and "Blessed" as seperate.

I'm being charged 40 cents a minute so more next time when I find cheaper internet on this roadtrip. LOL

Thanks for posting. Hope the concert went well.

The show was fantastic. Martina was in great voice as usual. She got a rousing ovation for Where Would You Be.

The only problem was the three rows of girls sitting in front of us who stood for half the show blocking the view of stage and the screen. I can see people doing this on the floor but not on the second level. They were asked several times by several people to please, sit down but they ignored them. Oh well.

The most important news is that 'The Pants' are back. I had to check twice to make sure I was seeing correctly but it sure looked like them. (In case you forgot, The Pants are the ones Martina has that have one leg leather and the other denim (and reversed on the back)). Hadn't seen them in awhile.

She looked fantastic. She sounded fantastic. And it was a fantastic show.

I can't wait to see pictures! I'm interested in these pants that were mentioned in the other post. I don't think I've ever seen them.

Glad to know the show went well. Does anyone have the set list of what she sang....

Martina was spectacular as usual, but to me this show was extra special. I've been to my share of Martina concerts, from big arenas to the Ryman and the shows in Medicine Lodge, but this one was better than all the rest because I got to take my four year old niece Lexi. Lexi has been a Martina fan since birth b/c both my sister and I listen to her music. So I decided to surprise her for her birthday this year and take her with me to the concert. What made it even better was that Lexi had never been to a concert at all until tonight. All through LBT's performance she kept asking me when Martina was going to come out b/c she was so excited about seeing her. Watching her clap along and dance, and seeing the joy on her face made tonight absolutely priceless. It was truly amazing for me to watch her get as much joy out of a Martina concert as I do. And I've already promised to take her again next year.

. . . by the way, Daniel it was nice to see you again. Hope the rest of the roadtrip goes well.

. . . and hopefully I will be able to post some pics in a couple of days (I'd do it now, but I'm leaving to drive to the grand canyon in a couple of hours, and I need to at least take a nap).

Dood, just pull the car near almost any hotel or chain truck stop and use their free wireless or wi-fi connection. Assuming you use a laptop with a net card.

P.S. John said he saw complaints on here about it being too loud earlier on tour so he turned it down a little bit last night.

P.S.S. He also said they don't know what next single will be and that they'll show her singing "Over The Rainbow" and "How I Feel" on the ABC CMA Music Festival Special later this month.

The concert was AMAZING! It was my first Martina concert other than Joy of Christmas, and it blew me away! It's amazing that such a tiny woman has that big of a voice and persona. I can't wait to see another show! biggrin.gif
