Not really... No one in the world looks like Martina............ The person in the pictures doesn't even look a little like her...

Thats why the OP said near look alike. No mention that this lady looked just like Martina. I think there is alot of people who have similar features. So yeah I can some resembelances. Maybe its just her hair or her smile.
At the JOC in Nashville a couple of years back when M had short hair. This lady that had a few kids walked by me and Jen. We were right by the sound board during intermission. Everyone had to do a double take cause she looked JUST like Martina. Even the people in the sound booth and her band mates had to look twice. It was very odd - ask Jen if you don't believe me

I... kind of see it in the first picture, but not really in the others.

There have been a few times while watching the House show in the past 2 years that I've noticed it and it made me think of Martina. Not that it takes alot to make me think of her.....
Obviously M is arguably the second most stunning woman on this earth, other than my wife....
It is possible tho for someone else to slightly resemble her, in the eyes, smile...etc.

I've always thought that Martina and Lauren Graham have similar looking features. Just in a way. Not dead-a-like, but similar. Also Marg Helgenberger reminds me of Martina.

I agree with the Lauren Graham similarity! I always thought that! Their expressions are somewhat the same!

Oh yeah, i was just going to post this. I have just watched Evan Almighty and couldn't miss the resemblance
jennifer morrison looks a lot more like her than the second lady lol.

OMG i thought the exact same about Lauren Graham I was going to post a picture too, but just didnt get around to it. But I agree I dont think that they look alike but they also have simialr features....i did have a better picture of Lauren that looked like the picture of Martina but I couldn't find it.
