I'm not 100% sure it was a CMT MWL appearance, but things in the background have me confused (like the MWL signage).

I feel like I've seen that before, but I'm not sure if I'm thinking about seeing it on TV or about seeing pictures from the show, because it could be either... And it's bugging me, because I'm usually able to identify any Martina TV appearance just by looking at the picture... LOL

So THAT's where that picture of Martina in that blouse is from!! It looks like a menorah pattern on the front. When it was posted previously, there was no notation as to where it came from, like nobody knew. Glad to find where it's from. And I like the skirt. And I like picture #3, too. Thanks for posting those. I had forgotten about this appearance.
