Great picture! I remember this performance from 2001. She performed "When God Fearing Women Get The Blues." She started her performance from her seat in the audience. Loved her outfit!!

Yep, that was the dress! And it was commented by Delaney as she talked to her mom on the phone after her win lol. Outta the mouths of babes right?!! lol.

Yes! That's the same dress. Also, interestingly enough I believe that is 1 of 2 dresses both Martina and Britney Spears have worn. I believe Martina wore them both first. The other one was the dress she wore on the Today show when she sang Anyway I think somewhere around last Christmas. Needless to say we all know who wore it best AND who looked classy while wearing it...

The night of those CMA Awards Martina became my favorite female country artist replacing a 3-way tie between Shania Twain, Faith Hill and Chely Wright.

I had always known she was pretty but that night she became know as a hottie by me for first time!
