DISCOGRAPHY - RADIO SHOWS

A radio show cd is a disc that is sent to record companies all across the country for a "live" concert event on the station.  These discs are promotional only, and fairly hard to come by.  If you are interested in obtaining discs like these, try attending a local record show in your area, or check out Goldmine Magazine for mail order record stores that carry such things.

These discs are not "legitimate" releases by the artist, and hence they receive no compensation for these discs.  These discs can run anywhere from $25.00 to $45.00 each from what I have seen.

I was fortunate enough to have Martina personally autograph my copy of "Live from the Crazy Horse," and when she signed it she asked me what it was and where I had gotten it.  As it was, she was totally unaware that the disc was out in circulation, and said she did not even have a copy.  Well, since Martina is the ultimate country singer (in my humble opinion) I got my hands on another copy of the disc and gave it to her.  I hope she's enjoying it!

The "Crazy Horse" disc was recorded at the Crazy Horse club in California.  I will post the set list here when I get a chance to dig up the cue sheets that came with the disc.

The Westwood One Country Concert Series disc featured Martina as well as Doug Supernaw and Mark Chestnut.  Martina was the best of the three! (Again, in my opinion!)  I will also post the set list for this disc as soon as I can for those of you interested in it!
