LOWELL, MASS SHOW POSTPONED BECAUSE OF WEATHER Posted on Sunday, February 12, 2006 Due to safety concerns because of the blizzard conditions, Sunday's Martina McBride show in Lowell, Mass. has been postponed until Monday night. "We thought long and hard about this and it is not a decision we took lightly, but I feel the most important thing is the safety of my fans," McBride says. "After consulting with local law enforcement and the Massachusetts Highway Patrol, it seems obvious that this is the only safe choice. I know that there are families traveling to come to the show, and I just don't feel good about them being out on the highway in this weather. I hope everyone comes out to the show tomorrow night." The re-scheduled show for Monday, February 13th at Tsongas arena will start at 7:30p.m. doors open at 6:30p.m. All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled show will be honored.
