MARTINA TO HOST CMA PREVIEW SPECIAL THIS WEEKEND Posted on Friday, November 11, 2005 Martina McBride, four time "CMA Female Vocalist Of The Year," and a double nominee this year, will host the "CMA Awards Preview Special," which is Premiere Radio Networks' annual showcase of the year's CMA nominated artists and their music. The three hour special airing this weekend in cities coast to coast, is produced each year by Premiere's MJI Programming division as part of it's partnership with the Country Music Association as the CMA's official radio packager. The radio special features music and interviews with all of this year's top nominees, and Martina narrates the entire program. Martina's new album, "Timeless," has been #1 on the SoundScan Country album chart for three straight weeks. The CD has spawned the hit single, "(I Never Promised You A) Rose Garden"...and Martina will perform "Help Me Make It Through the Night" -- another selection from "Timeless" -- on the "CMA Awards" show this Tuesday.
