The performance will include the recording of live crowd footage for a television special. Show organizers state that the special will take three days to load-in and shoot footage for a television special. Current itinerary includes pre-production and close-up shots to be captured on Thursday, September 27th and Friday, September 28th. Live concert footage and live crowd interactive shots will be filmed on the night of the concert, Saturday, September 29th. McBride successfully completed a nationwide tour where she performed for more than 250,000 fans in 52 cities while receiving rave reviews. The “Waking Up Laughing” tour was ranked by Pollstar as a Top 50 tour All Genres, a Top Ten Country tour, and Number One Solo Female Country tour on the road for the first half of 2007. McBride has had recently appeared on numerous National television shows including “American Idol”, “Macy’s July 4th Fireworks Spectacular”, and “Six Degrees of Martina McBride” on ABC.
