She's up for Female Vocalist of the Year and her hit single "Anyway" is up for Song of the Year, Single of the Year and Video of the Year! Congratulations to Martina on the nominations, especially since she is one of the writers on "Anyway!" The 41st Annual CMA Awards will take place on Wednesday, November 7th at 7PM Central Time.
