Rockford Metro Center

When we bought our tickets for the show at the Rockford Metro Center scheduled for June 2 we paid cash. We mailed back our 3 tickets when the show was cancelled so that we would receive our refund. We still had not recieved a refund after 2 weeks so we called to find out where it was and was told that they hold onto until they have enough to "make it worth their while". So they have my $94.50 and my tickets and I have nothing!! I am a little on the fuming mad side at this moment. I was wondering if anyone else is having similar problems with the Rockford Metro Center?
