I hope you all have some proof that you mailed them in. Did you copy the tix and did you send them certified/registered so they had to sign for them? Not that that's a guarantee but I would have a couple things to back me up. We had to send in for a show in Brampton, Ontario back in '98. There were no problems getting the refund BUT I can't remember if it was Tixmaster or the venue thta sold the tix. That show had a wierd feeling from the start. Only 4 weeks were given to sell tix. After two weeksit was cancelled. By timing there! I have a copy of the tix in my Martina picbook!!
