*For insured items that are damaged during shipping it is the responsibility of the buyer to initiate any insurance claims with the shipper.
*Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office if you have questions about your country’s import regulations.
*Shipping charges apply to only one address. Split shipments to separate addresses require a separate shipping charge for each address.
*All orders must be paid in US currency.
*Once an order ships, the shipping and handling charges are NON-refundable.
Domestic Shipping
*All domestic orders will be shipped USA First Class/Priority Mail via the United States Post Office.
International Shipping
*International orders will be shipped via the USPS or Fed Ex. Please note that the Martina Store is NOT responsible for duties or taxes incurred on packages shipped internationally.
Delivery Time
*Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery, though your order could arrive sooner, or at least that’s our goal!
*In efforts to reduce emissions from shipping, our shipping companies are picking up packages 2 times a week. Although this will delay orders by a day or two, we think that you’ll agree that every little bit counts! If you need your shipment quicker, please email us at [email protected] and we will be able to expedite your order.
*For orders outside the USA, delivery time may vary depending on your delivery area.
*Orders are processed in the order received.
*Appropriate shipping cost MUST be included or the order will not be processed.3
Returns and Exchanges

*To Exchange or Return items you must return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
*All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To obtain an RA number, please click here and fill out the form.

*Refunds are determined by The Martina Store, and are issued for those orders that were paid with a credit card. Orders made with a check or money order will receive a credit certificate for the returned items.
*Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged.
*The Martina Store is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging merchandise.
*Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise.
*Please check the Martina Store for all available sizes and items.
*No returns or exchanges for Blowout/Clearance items! All Sales are final! These items are sold as-is and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Multi-Media
*All multi-media items cannot be returned if packaging is already opened.
*If there are issues when playing, please contact customer support on how to proceed.
*No refunds or credits for multi-media items, exchanges only.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order (or an item within the order) after submitting it, please email us and let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. We cannot guarantee cancellation if you do not email us immediately. If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package without opening it and it will be returned to us. When we receive the unopened order, we will credit your account accordingly, and mail you a receipt. The Martina Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
