I just got back from a local fundraiser and I got a chance to meet all of them and get pics with them.
The company I work for was a sponser of the show and I got some back stage passes..
I meet Taylor Swift at the last show. Man these guys have some talent. Jamie sang "There is no Arizona", Steve sang" Brand New Girlfriend". Its fun to see these guys accoustic and in a small setting..

Ohh, "19 Somethin'" and "I'm Not Gonna Do Anything (Without You)". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Love those songs. Thanks for the info.

It sounds like you had a great time. Do you have any M&G stories?

Yes-
I had a 50/50 shot whith who I could meet. Dusty came out to the back stage party before the show and took pic ect. I had to do the office politics thing and hang out with co-workers and the country station hosting the event so I missed him then. After the show I got into the line with Dusty and jamie- Mark, and Steve were in the other line. I got a picture with Dusty Drake and another with Jamie O'neil...

Jamie looked like she was on autopilot and very nice. Dusty is a trip and 1/2. He is all about meeting fans getting pics taken, and just looks and acted like a FUN guy to hang with. He can sing also.

The most important thing is that a lot of money was raised for a good cause...

I would give anything to be in your shoes and be able to work where I would have a chance to meet all these guys. I think it would be the best job in the world. I love meeting the artist and taking pictures as well. I have what I call a wall of fame in my house that I put 8 X 10 pictures of the artist that I have joined their fan clubs in the past or ones that I have met and got autographs. I even had the chance to meet Don Ho in Hawaii and get my picture with him. He even autographed it for me. I will treasure all of those that I have that have gone on. It means a lot to me to get these autographs and pictures. I could never part with them. I don't see how true country music fans could ever put their treasures up for sale on EBAY. I have never bought anything there, but I have seen a lot of things that other people have bought. I even collect autographed guitars. I usually buy a guitar and have one person to sign it. One day, I hope to have me a building that I can put all my collections in to display. I want a glass case for all of my guitars though. I have about 10 autographed already. I collect picks, too.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. You are very lucky. I am glad that you raised a lot of money for the charity, too. That is what it is all about. I am glad when the artist can all come together and raise money for a worthy cause.
