Socially, if you could even call it that. I've only ever had two drinks in my life. One on my 21st, and one a couple weeks ago. Drinking all the time just doesn't appeal to me.

I am underage....but i do partake in New Years, Christmas, and thanksgiving toasts with the occasional class of champaign/wine. I am proud of myself for not giving into the peer pressure....I cant count the number of times I have been asked since I moved into the college dorms....atleast every weekend multiple times....but getting drunk every weekend isnt something that interests me and most of the ladies on my floor acted like complete goofs when they got wasted...a lot of late nights staying up making sure our hall wasnt destroyed or people didnt pass out in the bathrooms...ahh the college experience is really something else.

I do not consider myself a “drinker”. If I’m out (which isn’t often, I don’t like clubbing and going to pubs etc – I much prefer the cinema and a nice meal) I’ll have something like a Smirnoff Ice. One, then I’ll go back to Coke! I just don’t like the taste (not that I’ve tasted much of it… I think I took a sip of someone’s Bacardi at one of works Christmas dinners), so I don’t drink it. I don’t like the taste it leaves, even when you’ve brushed your teeth the next day, it lingers.

I remember someone saying to me “if you don’t wake up in your own vomit, you haven’t had a good night out…”. I was like “well I’ll take your word for it!”

Or there’s the “you haven’t had a good night out if you can remember it”.

But hey, if someone wants to drink until they are throwing up and falling down I don’t have a problem with it! It’s just not something I would do.

I'm pretty surprised with the way that all of these posts are sounding...Maybe it's a ages of a lot of the people who post, but drinking is not some "huge sin." If you drink responsibly, then there is nothing wrong with it..Everyone is making it sound like you can either not drink at all or get drunk...There is a middle ground, you know.

Yea, I know. I think it's the age of most of the people, though. And if getting drunk is a "sin," then Hell is gonna be one crowded place.

Yes, socially. I have an occasional beer or glass of wine. I don't care for the stronger stuff really. To me, it doesn't get any better than a cold budlight!

I rarely drink anything with alcohol. I just don't have an interest in it.

Ditto for me. Blah that stuff is grose.
