Just got back from Maryland. Martina was amazing as usual. She gets better everytime I see her. Her vocal range is something else and she got a couple of long standing ovations. From where I was sitting it looked like the place was full and I am sure that everyone left feeling like they had seen a beautiful and talented women give a performance that is good as it gets, which it was. Can't wait to do it again in Richmond in a couple of weeks. I will put a link for some of the pictures that I took. Hope you enjoy them.

Yeahhh! You totally got the shoes! I couldn't get a picture that was good. You have good pictures (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I need to upload mine still. I'm so so so very happy I got to hear Where Would You Be live. So so so so happy. Someone stole our programs though when we left them on our seats. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) That was upsetting.

20 songs- anyway, when god fearing women get the blues, wild angels, my baby loves me, in my daughter's eyes, trying to find a reason, how i feel, happy girl, rose garden, ...woman enough to take your man, help me make it through the night, stand by your man, where would you be, concrete angel, love's the only house, this one's for the girls, broken wing, independence day, hit me with your best shot, 2 more bottles of wine. I think she also rehearsed I'll Still Be Me but I can't remember for sure.

OK new friends - the show was amazing last night. And yes, four women around me commented on her shoes.

I'll add more, but here are several in the 05May gallery.

Thanks for the pics, y'all. Doug, in this one Martina looks like she has tears in her eyes. Was this her waving goodbye at the end?

Indoor or outdoor venue?

Name of venues recently make figuring that out using name harder than it use to be.

LET ME TELL YOU ..

We were all the way in the back on the right side (under the pavillion), but that was possibly the BEST concert YET! It was totally amazing. I had no voice by the end of the show. Martina ..that was AMAZING! YOU ROCK!

People were shooting during all three performances. Every song, flashes were going off. It is getting worse for people who bring in cameras. You cannot bring on one with a detachable lens, so the camera companies make factory installed lenses that are 28-380mm. Every major camera maker (Nikon, Canon, Sony <old Minoltas>, Olympus) all make at least two cameras with lenses that long. It is the same thing at professional stadiums. You cannot even take in an old film camera with a 50mm lens, cause it has a detachable lens. They should just let this one go and worry about people trying to record audio of the shows. It's not as though there are 500 amateur photographers selling photos of artists for profit. We as a group shoot the photos and then post them for everyone else to see.
