I Received A Great Present For Christmas! Options

I thought I'd just share this with you all. We woke up and opened our presents. Then, when the family was all done, my father walked out with a canary!!!!!! I cried!! I didn't think I would received it, since I asked for one during my birthday and didn't get it. The last time I had one was when I was 6. I loved how it sang. His name was Petey. He died unexpectedly when I was young.

I was so happy that I got this one! I named him Petey again!!! He sings everyday. They said that they live for 15 years. I am so happy!! He sings non-stop!!!! I didn't take any pictures of him, but I am going to post a picture from the internet that looks like him in the photo room. He's adorable.

I got him a bigger cage today. My friend saw him for the first time tonight and tried to grab him!!!!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) No regard for anyone's property!!!! She never is respectful.

I have always had a little bird around for years. My favorite was a parakeet named Chirpper. Last one was Pretty Bird because she was pretty and our current one is Tweety. We have a huge cage for our little bird. Canaries are cute.
