I am afraid of snakes and any types of bugs. I just can't stand them. Snakes really creep me out. I also used to be afraid of heights, but I'm not so much anymore.

heights, flying, and elevators ( I know an odd one, I hate how it has no windows. I'm always afraid it's going to get stucked and we won't ever be found lol)

Flying things, like bugs that fly in your face.
Hate that. Always freaks me out and I overreact, usually casuing collateral damage. Heights, if I think there is any chance of falling. I can stand on top of the Empire State Building with no fear whatsoever, but put me on something high, like a bridge with only railing and a direct fall and I'll start to tremble if I lean over. No railing on a high thing and I won't ever go near the edge! Sometimes my palms sweat if I am just watching a movie of someone in a precarious position. Funny, that. Cordially, Tom |

JELLYFISH/man-of-war, Lord, those things scare the crap out of me...probably because you can't see them and then all of a sudden its - ZAP! ..I'm actually not afraid of snakes at all, we have two in our yard that we see constantly, a garder and a black racer. I've seen a couple cotton mouths, now THOSE are scary. ....I'm not scared of sharks either. I've seen them swimming right next to me in the ocean, and they didn't do anything....we were all just chillin' - Keys style.

Murderers/Intruders and somewhat Heights (which is Ironic seeing as I'm 6'6" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Also been on an airplane numerous times and one of the World's largest suspension bridges in Vancouver (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )

I know what you mean! I hate them too. I'm verrrry reluctant to swim in salt water b/c of those! They sting badd [well the ones here anyway! lol] I have a total fear of Moths. I freak anytime one comes near me. I'm a litte scared of heights. And failure. |

A few years ago when we lived in Hawaii, I flung my head back to avoid a flying cockroach and practically knocked myself out on the wall behind me. Those things are AWFUL! Next to spiders, they are my worst fear. They really do fly right at your FACE!! And they are enormous, too, like 4 inches long! I get chills just thinking about it. My next worse fear is my daughter falling. For months after we visited the Grand Canyon, I had nightmares about her falling right out of my hands down the canyon! It was awful. Did you hear they built a glass walkway that extends right out over the canyon?!?!?! Is that crazy or what?!?!? |
